Pedalpalooza 2021

10:00AM CDT - 4:00PM CDT Bike McHenry County- eat, shop, drink along the way! Support local small business & provide health care to those in need! Pedalpalooza is not a race- you can start & finish anywhere, anytime at your leisure.

Our 1st Annual Pedalpalooza will be held over the weekend of May 22-23 throughout McHenry County utilizing our incredible McHenry County Conservation District bike trail system.  It will surely be an event like no other as we rally our community together to support our awesome, local, small businesses while bringing awareness and much needed funds to local nonprofit, Family Health Partnership Clinic.

Participants will receive a super cool Tshirt (if registered by 5/19) wristband and map upon registering and will bike to different Pedalpalooza locations (restaurants, breweries, shops) along the route. Each location will offer the participating bikers a special discount, offer or raffle of their own choosing. Your wristband must be worn as it is your passport to fabulous offers from our local small business community! Driving traffic into each small business is our mission while still benefiting the Clinic- it’s a win-win!

Supporting local small businesses is crucial to our community!  But also, just as important, is ensuring that all of our community members have access to quality health care, especially during this time.  Which is why your registration fee and any donations go directly to Family Health Partnership Clinic!

FHPC is celebrating its 25th Anniversary of caring for the uninsured men and women of McHenry County.  The Clinic does not rely on federal or state funding, instead relying on grants, foundations and the generosity of our community supporters who believe we are here to care for one another.  The Clinic provides primary care, integrated mental health, dental care and even has a clinic outreach van to care for the homeless in our area.  To learn more about FHPC and how you can help, visit

Pedalpalooza is proud to partner with local chapter of "Cycling Without Age" in providing TriShaw bike rides to our senior and mobility challenged participants.  Rides will be scheduled out of our Richmond and Crystal Lake Hospitality Hubs located at Anderson's Candy Shop & Crystal Lake Brewing.  Donations will be accepted for rides to support Family Health Partnership Clinic in providing quality health care to the uninsured members of our community.
